Paper Pixels, our history

In 2005 UTS Animation was born. One of the aims of UTS Animation was to provide affordable visual design, new media and web services for the businesses of Shropshire. After a little over two years it became clear that the animation, visual design, media, web management and consultancy sides needed to be separated into two other businesses.
July 2007 Paper Pixels was launched taking over the new media, web and most of the visual design services of UTS Animation, re-focusing UTS Animation on single, in-house projects. With the launch of the basic ‘Paper Pixels’ information only website work started on the ‘Project Jigsaw’, along with the underlying goal of the business to be aim at helping start-up and small to medium businesses that are within their first five years of business.
January 2008 saw the first beta test versions of what was to become the ever expanding Jigsaw Web management system. Now Jigsaw is at version 2.1, with some 12 different modules and a further 9 modules still in development, the futures looks to be ever changing.
